Creative HR Consulting was founded in 2000 as a consultancy for the new Millennium, using the wealth of practical and theoretical experience of both the Principal and a wide range of well qualified and experienced Associates who have academic and practical knowledge and skills.

Francine Winch MA FCIPD FRSA – Principal

Francine is an experienced management trainer, practitioner, consultant, and lecturer in Human Resources Development and Management, with over thirty years' experience in businesses based in the UK and overseas.
