Creative HR Consulting will always undertake the following; to ensure that both time and money is focused and key performance indicators agreed so that Effective and meaningful evaluation will take place with all those concerned with the process.

 

 

There will always need to be:

  • Honesty about the diagnosis of the issues. If a perceived 'training need' is not a real and specifically focused need for learning and therefore change, Creative HR Consulting will endeavour to help you, the client assess the strategic and operational realities which have led to this mis-identification of need.
  • Regular feedback sessions with you, and with your delegates’ line managers to ensure that the needs identified and the implemented learning is still relevant.
  • A focus on solutions rather than merely on problem-solving.
  • A focus on strengthening the psychological contract between employees and managers.
  • Innovation - in methodologies, in thinking and in assessment.
  • Agreement on the responsibilities of all parties to the learning - a meaningful learning contract between delegates, their managers, and the consultants/trainers.
