The Learning Partnership

"Francine is an excellent sounding board. Her coaching has strengthened both my managerial style and influence as well as my personal resilience. The key to our successful working relationship is that she allowed me to understand the merits in taking risks and building professional gravitas as well as understanding the emotional and political nuances of working in a City environment at a senior level.

Francine is never afraid to challenge the status quo and will endeavour to make you break the indifference of your working day and create a professional and managerial conscience that keeps you wide awake!"
From HR Director in International Bank

The Learning Partnership between Creative HR Consulting and an Organisation's Head of Training/Senior Managers/Line Managers will always include the following: -
  • Learning aimed at addressing particular need(s) both for the organisation and the learner; the first question to ask is "What would 'good' look like?"
  • A clear and agreed understanding of what the needs are: - skills/knowledge/development - i.e. are there remedial or developmental needs?
  • We will discuss methodology e.g. "How will the learner learn and be supported in learning?"
  • Timescale - it is important that sufficient time is allowed for change to take place and be consolidated.
  • What activities will the learner need to engage in?
  • What resources will be available?
  • How will the learning be assessed?
  • Who will be involved in enabling the learner? - this must include the line manager.
